Sir Denys Roberts was the Attorney General of Hong Kong [1966-1973]; the Chief Secretary (formerly Colonial Secretary) [1973-1979]; the Chief Justice [1979-1988]; and Non-Permanent Judge of the Court of Final Appeal [1997-2003].
