Rev. Kwok was honored as the 29th Gamaliel Chair in Peace and Justice in 1997 and was invited to visit Milwaukee, Wisconsin, U.S.A. for two weeks in October. On his tour in Milwaukee, he delivered a series of speeches on China, human rights, democracy and social justice in Hong Kong and he attended some meetings and conferences too.
