Government record

The book reflected how Government education policies influenced the College development by quoting from government reports. Mr. Fong also collected information from the education series of Government Records - Higher education from the Government Records Services. Reports published before the founding of the Baptist College, for example in Folder 08-07, contain highlighted sentences and annotations related to Christian missions and Hong Kong education. Those reports were often quoted by founders of the College in their speeches and articles written for fundraising.
