This folder mainly contains thank-you letters for Lam Chi Fung’s help, gifts, donations and hospitalities. It also contains letters related to missionary work. Major correspondents include Chinese Presbyterian Church, Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, American Mission to the Chinese, and the East Nanking Road Christian Church.

This folder also contains a few letters written by Lam Chi Fung to his children, to congratulate others, to decline invitation, etc.

The folder mainly contains incoming correspondence about the College building fund. Important donors include David J. Carver, Foreign Mission Board of the Southern Baptist Convention, American Baptist Foreign Mission Society, Woman’s American Baptist Foreign Mission Society, and First Baptist Church. It also contains correspondence about Lam Chi Fung Scholarship provided by the Clark Foundation.

This folder contains Dr. Lam Chi Fung’s outgoing correspondence concerning HKBC’s new developments, staff recruitment, fund-raising, tuition grants and travel study program, Also in this folder are letters of invitations to HKBC’s ceremonies and activities; correspondence requesting for using facilities at Pui Ching Middle School and Kowloon City Baptist Church; and thank-you letters for various people’s hospitalities, help and donations.
