This folder contains outgoing correspondence about HKBC’s policy, program, activities, academic status, scholarship, building project, membership of the College Council, application for government land grant and grants from United Board, Kresage Foundation and other organizations.

It also contains correspondence about staff recruitment, appointments, salary scales, etc. letters of invitations to HKBC’s ceremonies and activities; reference letters for staff and students; thank-you letters for other’s help, hospitalities, gifts, donations to HKBC; letters of congratulations on other’s success; and letters of replies to others’ invitations.
