This sub-series comprises 7 sets of meeting minutes conducted by the sub-committees of the Chaplain's Office. Dr. Victor Wong has diligently reported these minutes, which offer an evaluation of the preceding year and document the motions that were approved during the meetings. The minutes primarily focus on topics pertaining to future plans and key themes for upcoming assemblies in the subsequent months.
