This folder mainly contains minutes of the meetings of the faculty and staff. The school motto, color and insignia were voted in 1957.

This folder contains HKBC faculty and staff lists indicating their years of service, salaries, qualifications, addresses, phone numbers, etc.

This folder contains copies of correspondence and memoranda sent to faculty and staff of HKBC. Also in the folder are minutes of the Faculty of Staff Meetings and weekly bulletins published by HKBC.

This folder contains a memorandum about matters to be discussed in the Conditions of Service Committee Meeting, such as staff salary scales. Also in this folder is an agenda of the meeting.

This folder contains memoranda concerning funding for faculty development grants, applications received for development grants, appointments of Faculty Development Committee Members, etc. It also contains meeting minutes of the Committee.

This folder includes a program of the New Faculty & Staff Orientation that took place on September 13, 1989. It also contains HKBC's bulletin titled "Our College" (1989, issue no. 2), the Prospectus for the academic year 1989-1990, and the annual report for the period of 1987-1988.
