This series contains correspondence from various women missionary fields in Jiangxi provinance including Jingdezhen (Kintehcheng, 景德鎮), Ruichang (Jiu Chang, 瑞昌), Xiaochikou (Siao Chih Keo, 小池口) , Tai Hu (or Lake Tai, 太湖), and Raozhou (Jao Chou, 饒州).

The letter was sent from Jingdezhen (Kintehcheng, 景德鎮), Jiangxi province in China. It reported that the men and women missionary were working closely together. After more than a decade of work, there were over 700 believers. They were currently spreading the gospel to the unemployed workers, who had been impacted by the the downturn of the procelain industry as a result of looting. The Women's Missionary Society were planning to construct a church.

The letter was sent from Ruichang (Jui Chang, 瑞昌), Jiujiang, Jiangxi province in China. It reported that two women evangelists, working without a pastor, were suffering from bandit and the aftermath of the flood.

The letter was sent from Xiaochikou (Siao Chih Keo, 小池口), Jiujiang, Jiangxi Province in China. It described the challenges faced in the aftermath of a recent flood [of The Yangtze River], and the lack of pastor.

The letter was sent from Tai Hu or Lake Tai (太湖), Jiangsu Province in China. It mentioned the challenges caused by constant disturbances of the bandits two years ago and two Knowles Bible Training School (諾立神道女校) graduates would join the service.

The letter was sent from Raozhou (Jao Chou, 饒州), Jiangxi Province in China. It described the superstitious nature of the people, mentioned calling on a priest to perform special prayer for an epidemic which caused the death of 100 people, and shared a story of a Buddhist vegetarian lady breaking her diet due to ill health and one of her family member was baptised.

This series contains correspondence from missionary fields in Jiujiang (Kiukiang 九江) and Guling (Kuling 牯岭), Jiangxi provinance in China. The letters were addressed to 'Dear Friends,' and were signed by Mabel A. Woodruff or Edith Fredericks who were appointed by Women's Foreign Missionary Society of Methodist Episcopal Church.

The letter was sent from Jiujiang (Kiukiang), Jiangxi (Kiangsi) province in China. It is signed by Mabel A. Woodruff addressed to 'Dear Friends'. The letter mentioned the commemoration Dr. Sen [Sun Yat Sen]'s death and the Chinese government's attempt to adopt 'foreign calendar'. The letter also shared the traditional customs on Chinese New Year's eve - pasting door gods and kitchen god, and the local beliefs of three spirits after death.
