This sub-series mainly contains materials, such as clippings, articles and correspondence, documenting the responses of HKBC students, President Daniel Tse, as well as the general public to the White Paper on Senior Secondary and Tertiary Education published in 1978. A graph showing the comparision between the academic structure of HKBC at that time and the proposed structure and copies of the White Paper are also included.
