This sub-series contains floor plan, correspondence and memoranda related to the Executive Hall, which was officially called Shiu Pong Hall, such as extension and refurbishment of the building, lease condition, water supply,etc.

The slides document aspects of university life, including events on campus such as commencements and conferences, portraits of faculty, students, and visitors, as well as buildings on campuses.
